up date on my note of 11 11 09. photo referred to of Kestrel and Dee loading on the Thames was near the \"new\" waterloo bridge which dates it circa early 1940s as the bridge in question was bombed and rebuilt by female labour about1941

this butty was paired with Kestrel in January 1936 as per a photo of them being loaded or unloaded withwhat looks like bricks on the Thames obtained from the Gloucester Archive
